Information on great reservation discounts
Customers who make reservations through our website will receive a 20% discount at checkout. By registering in advance, you can skip the application process on the day, making your experience smoother by about 10 minutes.
About child seats
There are a limited number of child seats available. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They are only available for children weighing less than 22kg.

・Summer vacation period (late July to August)
If you would like to purchase a child car seat during the above period, please call us to check availability before making a reservation.
Cancellation Fee
20% of the usage fee from 7 to 2 days prior to the date of use
50% of the usage fee on the day before the use
100% of the usage fee on the day of use
*This includes reasons due to customer reasons such as illness or changes in plans.
Cancellation due to weather or force majeure
There will be no cancellation fee in the following cases:
Bad weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, and warnings
Accidents, major delays in public transport, disasters, and other unavoidable circumstances
